Measurements are provided for most items.  Please check measurements prior to purchasing.  Because items are customized just for you items cannot be returned due to improper sizing.

SHIPPING:
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Domestic orders are charged actual shipping charges.

Allow 2 to 3 weeks from time of purchase until the item is completed and shipped.  HOWEVER, if you would like it sooner you can email the request to bsprout@bsprout.com prior to purchasing.  Average turn around time is 10 days except for November & December.  This can be an extremely busy time of the year and goes closer to the 2 to 3 week time frame.
